Efficient Business Support: Business Assistant Chapter

In order to establish an open internal sharing mechanism and create a good learning atmosphere within the company, the company decided to organize a "staff work experience exchange and sharing meeting" after research, aiming to build a communication and exchange platform for employees. It is hoped that all employees of the Hope Motor Company can share their knowledge and work experience with an open mind, and improve and grow together in sharing.

The first annual "Employee Work Experience Sharing and Exchange Meeting" was successfully held on July 12, 2019. Liu Na from the Medical Insurance Third Department and Tian Xiaojuan from the Mechanical and Electrical Department were invited to share the theme of the supporting role of business assistants in business operations.

Comrade Liu Na from the Third Department of Medical Insurance shared the theme of "clear and interconnected business processes, ensuring high quality and efficiency".

Comrade Tian Xiaojuan from the Mechanical and Electrical Department shared the theme of "actively participating in departmental affairs, promoting the optimization of business processes and departmental work".

Through this experience exchange and sharing, everyone realizes that as a business assistant, one cannot be satisfied with the job at hand. Instead, one should take the initiative to learn, take on responsibilities, and do a good job in business support, so that business personnel can focus on themselves and move forward bravely!
